I'm a River
I wrote this song at a point in my life when it seemed like I was about to lose everything. I felt the universe sweeping me down stream and leaving everything behind me and I was scared to death. But then I woke up one morning and felt the relief of trust wash over me as I surrendered to the natural flow of life, knowing it would take me wherever I needed to go. I became the river. I guess sometimes we have to lose some things in our lives in order to get ourselves back.

As I awoke, this morning, on this brand new and beautiful day,
a refreshing feeling of relief washes over. I'm starting over, starting today.

There's a being deep inside that's the real you. It's the most beautiful and highest potential version of you. It's everything wonderful that you could possibly ever hope or imagine youself to be. Inside Out is about feeling and connecting with that highest version of you and living your life from that place, from the heart.
